Many of you have noticed that every single one of our blog’s thumbnail images are generated through AI. More specifically our team uses Midjourney to generate all of those emails and typically with very little effort.
While on Twitter/X the other day I stumbled upon a talented self proclaimed Midjourney & SD AI Product Photographer. You can view her profile here. Give her a follow she is the reason this blog post is even getting written.
The first part about this blog post will be a copy paste from Salma’s tweet here and then I will share the results I got from different prompts.

Base Prompt:

- Straight-on Composition – the most straightforward composition, works for all background images

2. Layered Composition – Adds texture and depth – works especially well when combined with a bird’s eye view/flat lay shot.

3. Clean Composition- Emphasises minimalism and cleanliness, giving the scene a tidy look and feel.

This is a really great start for people to create custom backdrops for their product photos, using tools like Photoshop or Blender you can place your products in an infinite amount of scenes.
